Capital Improvement Plan Bid Award

The City of Edgewood received seven bid packages from various contractors to complete the proposed 2008 Capital Improvement Plan.  At its Special City Council Meeting on March 31, 2008, City Council awarded the 2008 Capital Improvement Plan to Allstate Paving, Inc. as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder at a not-to-exceed price of $269,469.20.
