Contractor Registration
Contractors pulling permits for work in the City of Edgewood must be registered with the permitting department.
State-certified contractors will need to submit the following:
1) A current business tax receipt from the Florida city or county where their business is located.
2) A copy of their state certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
3) Current proof of General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance or exemption. Workers' compensation must be addressed to the City of Edgewood, 405 Bagshaw Way. Edgewood, FL 32809.
