Binding Lot Agreement Form

An owner of two (2) or more adjoining subdivided lots or portions of subdivided lots may make application to the City for approval of lot binding.  No more than three (3) lots may be bound together by this process.An owner of two (2) or more adjoining subdivided lots or portions of subdivided lots may make application to the City for approval of lot binding.  No more than three (3) lots may be bound together by this process.

 

The following items need to be supplied by the property owner(s) or property owner’s agent to the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall.

1. The Binding Lot Agreement Form, completely filled out and notarized.  Form must be printed or typed and names must read exactly as the deeds.

2. Warranty deeds for affected properties.  Deeds must have the exact same ownership (including initials). If not, an additional affidavit must be completed and recorded with the binding lot agreement.

3. Copies of any available property surveys. 

4. Binding Lot Agreement fee of $150.00 to the City of Edgewood.

5. Provide name, address, and telephone number at the bottom of the form.
